Public data show that from 2020 to 2022, the newly signed contract amounts of China Construction Medical Facilities were 124.8 billion yuan, 204.4 billion yuan, and 207.4 billion yuan, respectively, with year-on-year growth rates of 101.8%, 63.9%, and 1.5%, respectively, maintaining a high level. This reflects to a certain extent that my country's new medical infrastructure projects are in full swing. Medical imaging equipment is the focus of hospital procurement, and the acceleration of new medical infrastructure will drive the high prosperity of the medical imaging equipment market.
At the same time, in April 2022, the General Office of the National Health Commission issued the "List of County Hospitals for the Comprehensive Capacity Improvement of County Hospitals in the "Thousand County Project"", and announced the first batch of 1,233 county hospitals included in the "Thousand County Project" county hospital comprehensive capacity improvement work. According to the "Thousand County Project" County Hospital Comprehensive Capacity Improvement Work Plan (2021-2025), by 2025, the county hospitals included in the list must reach the level of medical service capabilities of tertiary hospitals, and strengthening the configuration of medical imaging equipment is an indispensable part of this. With the gradual implementation of the "Thousand County Project" work plan, it is expected that the demand side of the medical imaging equipment industry will remain strong and the industry's prosperity will remain at a high level.
